Andrew graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Political Science and minors in Criminal Justice and Law & Policy. He earned his J.D. with a Certificate in Litigation from Marquette University Law School in 2024, finishing in the top 25% of his class. Recognized for his academic excellence, he received CALI awards in Mental Health Law and Appellate Writing & Advocacy. His legal experience includes clerking for the Honorable Jennifer R. Dorow, assisting with constitutional law research, and working at the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained experience in criminal litigation. Beyond his legal career, Andrew has been deeply involved in advocacy and service. He played a key role on Marquette’s Moot Court Executive Board, competed nationally, and contributed over 120 hours of pro bono legal assistance. A Wisconsin native with ties to Lake Country and the Fox Valley, he led a volunteer legal clinic at UW-Oshkosh for students facing legal challenges. Continuing a family tradition of service, Andrew has also been a firefighter for seven years.
