Ms. Whitlock, a Wilson, North Carolina native, attended NC State University, where she played tennis for the Wolfpack. She then earned her law degree from the David A. Clarke School of Law at the University of the District of Columbia. Recognized for her dedication to public service, she received the Dean's Cup and completed over 800 pro bono hours representing indigent clients. Her leadership roles included serving on the Judiciary Committee of the Student Body Association and assisting with Katrina Law, a course on government responsibilities during national disasters. Following law school, Ms. Whitlock pursued a career in personal injury law, working in Virginia and Washington, D.C., before founding Whitlock Law, LLC, in 2017. She focuses on cases involving auto accidents, actively litigating in state and federal courts in Virginia and Maryland. A member of several professional organizations, she enjoys camping, reading, and attending sporting events in her free time.
