Chad combines his extensive trial experience with a commitment to resolving issues outside of the courtroom whenever possible. Chad earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky in 2005 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2008. He primarily serves clients in Hamilton, Clermont, Warren, and Butler Counties in Ohio, as well as Kenton, Campbell, and Boone Counties in Kentucky, guiding them through complex family law challenges. With a focus on domestic relations and family law, Chad is passionate about helping clients find tailored solutions that address their unique needs. His approach emphasizes client interaction and creative problem-solving, skills that have significantly contributed to his success. Chad is adept at developing strategic approaches that align closely with his clients’ goals, and he is always ready to advocate zealously in high-conflict situations. Although Chad spends much of his time in court, he is also a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution methods such as collaborative law and mediation. His experience in these areas allows him to facilitate respectful negotiations that achieve solutions courts may not be able to provide through traditional litigation. Chad is also recognized by the Ohio Supreme Court as a domestic relations mediator and parenting coordinator. While he has completed training to serve as a parenting coordinator to enhance his ability to assist clients in this area, he is currently not taking on parenting coordination cases.
