John Rozmus is from Cincinnati, Ohio and studied to be an engineer at the University of Cincinnati. Afterwards, he worked for three years as a water resources engineer in The Gambia, West Africa for the United States Peace Corps. Later on, John completed his Juris Doctor at The Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law where he led both the Energy and Environmental Law Society as well as the Devil's Advocates student debate organization. Throughout law school, John was honored with a Public Service Scholarship along with receiving the CALI Award of Excellence in Advanced Legal Research.
